Pay for the year in full by September 30th and receive a 10% discount*!
Discounts are given to students who participate in multiple classes. Discounts are also available for
multiple students within a household. Students will receive an average of four classes per month over
the dance season. Tuition is due regardless of attendance. There are NO REFUNDS for classes missed.
Classes missed due to an excused absence, illness or injury can be made up. Classes cancelled due to
teacher absence will be made up at a time determined by the teacher.
Our program is designed as a ten-month session running September-June. Monthly tuition is divided
into equal payments for lessons received for the full ten-month session and will remain the same each
month regardless of attendance, school closures, holidays, vacations, recital rehearsals and
performances etc.


Once enrolled you are responsible for monthly tuition payments – monthly statements will not be
mailed. We accept cash/check (dropped in tuition box in studio lobby), debit/credit, and PayPal for
payment of tuition and related fees. A 3% fee is charged for all debit/credit and PayPal payments.
Tuition is due the 1st of each month and is delinquent if not received by the 8th. A monthly late fee of
$15 will be charged on delinquent accounts. A $40 fee is assessed for any and all returned checks.
Students will not be admitted into class unless tuition payments are current. In the event of temporary
financial difficulties, payment arrangements may be worked out with the studio prior to the payment
deadline.


Should your dancer drop out of a class after January 1st you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee due to
the inconvenience to the studio, class, and instructor; and due to our inability to replace you once the
season starts. No refunds will be given for any tuition or fees. You will also forfeit any costumes
purchased, for the studio to fill the vacancy left by not fulfilling the full 10 month dance season. A
written statement must be emailed to danceartsofholly@yahoo.com before the 1st of the month if a
student plans to drop a class or classes, otherwise tuition will be charged for the whole month.
If your dancer wishes to participate in the recital, a costume must be purchased for each class. Costume
fees are separated into two payments that are due November 15th and January 15th. If full balance
payment is not received by January 15th, we cannot guarantee a costume for your dancer. Costume fees
are as follows.
❖ Level 1 and 2 classes- $80
❖ Level 3 classes- $85
❖ Preschool Combo- $75
❖ Special Talents Adaptive Dance- $55
❖ Boys (all levels)- $55


A recital fee is required of all dancers participating in the recital. This fee helps cover the cost of the
performance venue and includes a studio t-shirt and digital download of the show. This is due by March
1st and cost is as follows.
❖ 1 dancer- $70
❖ Each additional dancer in your family- $25
